Which young kid likes to see anything green in their food ? Well mine does not and guess what Johnny Prosciutto? ,.,. she ate the Rapini Sausages AND with great reviews from her own mouth .. Can I have more mommy, when are you going to buy more?! There you got it ... out of the mouth of a child ... Need I say more !!!!!!!!!
I bought a soppressata. I’m Italian and I was surprised! Very good tasting and similar to other product I use to buy in Italy! Good work guys!

Being Italian and raised by my Italian grandparents, cooking and curing was ingrained in my DNA. Like many Italians, the Cantina is the heart of the house and my personal favorite room. I can still remember it like it was yesterday, preparing and curing many, MANY different meats and cheeses, proudly hanging them- waiting so impatiently for when they were ready. It was usually served for Sunday late lunch with fresh bread, olive oil and peppers. Unfortunately, that tradition is no longer in my family and I have been forced to search high and low for that unmistakable, unremarkable taste. After many years searching, I have finally found someone that not only resembles my grandmothers cold cuts but blows it out of the park with the exact same taste, textures and quality!!!! (possibly even better, sorry Nonna!!!) I am forever grateful for you guys! My family is also. Love love love you guys. Thank you so much for all you do.. with love
