Being Italian and raised by my Italian grandparents, cooking and curing was ingrained in my DNA. Like many Italians, the Cantina is the heart of the house and my personal favorite room. I can still remember it like it was yesterday, preparing and curing many, MANY different meats and cheeses, proudly hanging them- waiting so impatiently for when they were ready. It was usually served for Sunday late lunch with fresh bread, olive oil and peppers. Unfortunately, that tradition is no longer in my family and I have been forced to search high and low for that unmistakable, unremarkable taste. After many years searching, I have finally found someone that not only resembles my grandmothers cold cuts but blows it out of the park with the exact same taste, textures and quality!!!! (possibly even better, sorry Nonna!!!) I am forever grateful for you guys! My family is also. Love love love you guys. Thank you so much for all you do.. with love

This was out first order. The sausage is amazing. Just like “Nonno”. My mom said “è speciale”. It really is! I was not expecting it to be this good. Definitely will reorder and try other products. The prosciutto was excellent just as good or better than the leading brands except the price is excellent I would highly recommend it and the delivery was fast thankyou johnny prosciutto definetly will be purchasing others and your other products.
