Coming across the Johnny Prosciutto Instagram ad I said I gotta check them out and reading all the great reviews I had to give it a shot and thank God I did. I'M HOOKED the flavors of all their products are amazing especially the sopressata pepper rosso. Having my dad being to longer with us (RIP) we missed his homemade deli but his creations lives on. Johnny Prosciutto makes it exactly, the flavor is exactly what I remember and thank you for that. Amazing customer service and delivery. You guys make superb.

I love this product, but what I LOVE even more is the fact that I get to choose how I wish it sliced and vacuumed sealed. Products and service like no other. Great for when you're hosting a party to every day meals/sandwiches. LOVE!!!

Being Italian and raised by my Italian grandparents, cooking and curing was ingrained in my DNA. Like many Italians, the Cantina is the heart of the house and my personal favorite room. I can still remember it like it was yesterday, preparing and curing many, MANY different meats and cheeses, proudly hanging them- waiting so impatiently for when they were ready. It was usually served for Sunday late lunch with fresh bread, olive oil and peppers. Unfortunately, that tradition is no longer in my family and I have been forced to search high and low for that unmistakable, unremarkable taste. After many years searching, I have finally found someone that not only resembles my grandmothers cold cuts but blows it out of the park with the exact same taste, textures and quality!!!! I went by the store today they have the most delicious sausages in glass jars in oil OMG ok i'm going to go eat a few more pieces now. I also got some great italian sausages that we bbq for supper. Ok that's it i'm going back very soon and i will buy all the jars of sausages in stock and i will buy the prosciutto since i'm reading such great reviews here.

These sausages are really tasty on the BBQ. Great spices, lean. Very fresh.
